Trash company & product. After finally receiving my order 1 full month after I purchased it and 3 weeks after Christmas, which I paid express shipping to have it delivered by since it was intended as a gift, I will be throwing it right in the garbage where it belongs. The item I ordered was listed as a 10x12 hand sketched house portrait. It’s neither of those things. It’s 8x10 and computer generated. “Hand sketched by one of our artists.” A hilarious and bold-faced lie. I should have guessed it couldn’t have been hand drawn when they were able to miraculously send out a replacement order (they lied & said my first order was ‘lost’ in transit) in less than a day. I would have been so embarrassed to give this tasteless product as a gift. Luckily my credit card company already fully refunded me for recognizing this company as fraudulent scammers. Visit FineArtStoreGallery on Etsy to have an actual hand-sketched house portrait done by an artist.

Had a print done as a Christmas present for my partner, when it turned up it looked like the work of a pre school pupil and having paid extra for it to be frayed I expected half decent quality but no I had been better off going to IKEA and getting a frame!

I emailed them explaining how awful it was and they said they would get another “ artist” to re do it.

Admittedly when they sent me a preview of the re print I was over the moon however unfortunately it has turned up with the glass of the frame cracked, frame falling apart and marks around the edge of the print.

Of course I contacted them again and requested a full refund to which I received a response saying they would
Only refund the frame with abit of sarcasm thrown in!

Absolute scam and most definitely not worth the money.

I ordered a personalised Lion Book for my granddaughter for Christmas. It still hasn’t arrived. So disappointing. I’ll never order if this site again

Babies 1st Christmas gift did not arrived due to you not putting the correct address on the item.
This is a lot of money spent on a gift which has not been received due to your error.
Have emailed you on a few occasions & you have failed to refund or send the item out to the correct address or refund us but had email to say you have planted a tree with the funds??!!!!
My 88 yrs old friend is out of pocket due to this.
I pray this complaint will prompt you to at least refund this poor lady.

Item promised to be delivered in time for Christmas (ordered well before the order cut-off date). Parcel was apparently delivered by courier but I have not received it. Over a week after a Christmas and we are without gifts, with Letterfest’s customer service being non existent. Only communication channels are social media or email, which are responded to once in a blue moon. If Christmas delivery can’t be fulfilled then don’t offer it with promise.

I was ordering something for Christmas for my mother.
I thought this looked nice.
Nearly 3 weeks went by with no contact from them at all and no sign of my order.
I reached out to them to cancel and instead they said that they had been frantically trying to reach me for a better quality image (lies).
Then they said they would get started on the new image immediately so I could have it next week.
Once I sent them the new image they replied saying they would start work on it next week.
At this point I have let my mother down and I am just going to ask for a full refund and get her something else.
Poor service, no communication

I ordered a personalised book for my partner for his first Christmas as a dad. When I ordered the website stated it would be received before Christmas, this is the only reason I ordered it. It still hasn’t arrived & now I have no gift to give him from our daughter. The book wasn’t dispatched until several days after I ordered it which is incredibly upsetting. Christmas delivery shouldn’t be offered if you can’t fulfil it.

I know sometimes things go wrong when you order from a company on line , but I have to say how impressed I was with Letterfest and their service . They were kind and helpful and efficient.
I did a specific order that was a bit odd and they made sure they got it right by emailing me first .

I am sure some orders don’t go perfectly, but if that’s the case , email them and let them put it right .

Made a slight error in recent order so emailed company immediately after purchase. No response. Book took 8 days to arrive and no attempt had been made to rectify error. I had upgraded book to hardback so £27 for a useless item. Also, name was split on a page which made it look very odd! Emailed company again but yet again, no response! Definitely wouldn't use again or recommend!

Ordered a beautiful memorial plant pot for my parents after losing our beloved family dog. It arrived much sooner than I expected which I am grateful for and the item is just more than we could have ever wished for. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts

I placed an order for a drawing of a church with a personalized message. I had made a mistake with the church name and immediately sent them a message. They got back to me straight away, fixed the spelling at no cost and the gift was still with me on time. It was really well done and the bride and groom were extremely happy with the present. Fully recommend!

Took my money. Didn't send out the order. Chased it with someone who has zero clue about how to do their job. Waiting for a refund from this scam of a company. Thanks for spoiling my nephews birthday gift. Save your money, shop elsewhere and thank me later.

So pleased to have found Letterfest. We wanted a special house warming gift for relatives who have bought their "forever" home, and I am more than happy with the result and also the service and communication. They also got to order to me 2 days before the deadline I needed it for. They were helpful and flexibility with my queries/requests, as I had 2 photos, which I wanted parts of each taken from to create one watercolour and I couldn't be happier with the result, it exceeds my expectations and is a very special unique gift and I will certainly order again when the occasion requires it. I ordered the personalized worlds best dog book for my nephews birthday as he adores 'kyla koo'. It was the most gorgeous book and my nephew gets me to read it to him every time I babysit- He loves it!!! Not only this, but the customer service was impeccable when I needed some help- would 10/10 recommend!
